  1. What is better – to buy an email list or to make it myself?

  4. What if some of my subscribers want to be removed from my mailing list?
    Well, you must give them such an opportunity. The best way to do it is to place “unsubscribe button” at the bottom of each letter. Without this feature subscribers may mark your letters as spam, or will simply ignore it.

  1. Should I use animation in my letters?
    Only GIF. It doesn’t need additional drivers or software to be read. Any Flash or other applications can be blocked by ISP.
  2. How can I design my letter if I know nothing about design and advertising?
    There are a lot of ready templates in the web. Besides, many companies offer the services of designing such things.
  3. What kind of letter should I use to succeed?

  4. How to title my letter to attract customers?
    Just write directly about what you want to offer. Those who read the title must know exactly what your letter’s subject is, otherwise they ignore it.
  5. Should I sign up my letters?
    Better you should. You can write your name and contact information as well. Such feature makes the recipient sure of your reliability and seriousness.
